*Euthanasia and Basic ACO courses meet the requirements to perform euthanasia and perform the duties of an animal control officer in the State of Texas as required by Texas Health & Safety Code Chapter 821 & Texas Health & Safety Code Chapter 829.
**The Code Enforcement Bite Stick training course meets the state requirements to carry a bite stick and has been approved by TDLR for CE hours.
All courses have been approved by DSHS and TDLR for CE hours for animal control officers and code enforcement officers certification requirements.
